Cold and Flu Season Tips
- Wash your hands often with soap and water for 20 seconds.
- Cough and sneeze into your elbow or tissue, not your hands.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
- If you feel sick, wear a mask or stay home, when possible.
- Get your flu vaccine.

Telehealth Appointments

Community Health Clinics

Urgent Care Center
If you need non-emergency care now, you can visit the JPS Urgent Care Center.
Urgent Care Hours:
- Monday – Friday | 7 a.m. – 10 p.m.
- Saturday – Sunday | 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.
